Integrated Inventory Management
Just like the title suggests, Inventory Management is integrated as one of the existing features in POSiTouch. Though thoroughly effective and proven to be hugely cost saving in many situations, inventory management is not suitable for some clients. The feature includes a wealth of data for review by management to significantly clarify details of the operational loss margins. For instance, when a menu item is sold with inventory management in place, the system will not only automatically deduct the available quantity of the items ingredients from inventory, but set a replenishment value to notify management that an ingredient inventory is near exhaustion so that it can be ordered. If implemented, Food Cost can be used with Inventory Management to provide the necessary data for a menu item profitability report.
WiFi Access Point Secure Integration
An official solution to businesses interested in providing wireless internet to their customers. Access Point integration offers manageability for bandwidth allocation so that an existing Internet (WAN) connection can be used. Access Point connection agreements are required for users to be authorized before using the internet. This means decreased liability.
Remote E-Mail Reporting
As an alternative to an iControl interface or Terminal Server, Remote Reporting allows for a daily report to be submitted directly from the Back Office POSiTouch server. The crucial sales and operational information is provided at in a fully detailed report which can be especially useful for clients managing multiple locations. As a substitute to iControl, this provides a cost-effective, one time set up alternative reporting module with no incurred monthly fees.
Network and PC Support
As well as POSiTouch Back Office and POS Driver support, our staff is fully capable of Enterprise Domain and Workgroup support. The IRT Service model is based on a that of IT Service Professionals. There is no requirement for integrating POSiTouch with a back office network. Apple OS and Microsoft Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 are entirely supported.
