Modules available for Intuit Quickbooks and Microsoft Great Plains. These accounting modules offer an interface for exchange of data between a POSiTouch Back Office server and a Third-Party Accounting software. The benefit to using these modules is to reduce the amount of time spent on data entry. With a module, an administrative staff can easily synchronize the book between an accounting software and the POSiTouch Back Office.
Kitchen and floor video Systems offers all of the security of a surveillance system with all the effectiveness as a Quality Control center. By implementing small, single CCD cameras near the chefs and at the front of house, the video system allows management a firmer grasp on crucial areas of loss. POSiTouch embedded modules include analog video out to display system activity on the video monitors so the viewer is easily able to reference the system activity with what is occurring in the restaurant at that moment.
Time and Attendance
Time and attendance is a basic POSiToch feature that most full service restaurants likely already use. The Time and Attendance module allows an interface for users to be created and logged into and out of the system. This is usually managed by specific user numbers in the Back Office that staff members must type before order entry.
Though a very powerful tool, Labor Scheduler is one of the most often overlooked features of POSiTouch. Labor Scheduler offers the ability to track and manage staff schedules. It’s most useful application involves the wait staff, and avoiding simple time conflicts. However, Labor Scheduler offers the ability to prevent loss by managing user clock in times. When set up properly, the wait staff will no longer have the ability to clock in early without management having a say in the matter.
Available delivery modules include direct order entry through POSiTouch. A database is built to house client information including address, phone number and special instructions.
The Payroll Interface provides an interface for completing and processing payroll directly from the data in the POSiTouch system. Labor Scheduler is a prerequisite for the Payroll Interface
